the uchiha district is a large, wealthy neighborhood in everguard where the powerful members of the uchiha clan make their homes. the area is gorgeous and very valuable. despite popular belief, the uchiha district was not named after the uchiha clan itself, but the clan symbol, a red and white fan, which decorates the arch that stands proudly over the entrance to the district.
